We’re proud to announce that our work on HBO’s The Penguin has been nominated for the 2025 Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards in the category of Outstanding Special Visual Effects In A Single Episode.
Our team was proud to deliver 277 shots across 58 sequences for 6 of the 8 episodes in the series The Penguin, starring Colin Farrell. Led by our supervisory team in Barcelona, our teams tackled complex 3D simulations, including a dramatic car bomb explosion that led to the creation of a massive sinkhole complete with detailed fire, smoke, and debris. These were among the most intense moments of the show.
A huge congratulations to VFX Supervisors Adrien Saint Girons and Carlos Miras Sepulveda, and VFX Producer Julie Kubbillun, along with our incredible global teams who helped shape Gotham’s underworld one frame at a time.
We're honored by this recognition and we’ll be crossing our fingers at the 77th Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards which will be held on September 6 & 7, 2025
